Martin and his pregnant Spanish girlfriend Lucia arrive on a small Norwegian airport, where they get picked up by Martins parents. What follows is a short car ride that turns dark quicker than you can say Gudbrandsdalen.

This one-take short film is written and directed by former filmmaker in focus at Go Short Gunhild Enger. In her work she depicts everyday life, filmed with great honesty, creating the most unconfortable situations. Communication, or rather the lack of it, plays a key part in establishing awkwardness and chaos, that result in Enger’s characteristic form of black humor.
